Alicia Hall is big winner!!!

Runner-up is Brittany Cripliver

Fourteen calendar girls chosen, cash and trips awarded!

Dalton, GA, June 2002

Alicia Hall, a stunning 27 year-old beauty from Jonesboro, GA was the big winner Saturday night June 22 in the 17th annual Resaca Beach Calendar Girl Contest and Motorcycle Show in Dalton, Georgia’s Trade Center.

Before a packed house, Alicia was awarded $2,000 in cash, a trip to the American Dream World Finals in Nassau, and several other prizes. She also earned the right to be the cover girl on the 2004 Resaca Beach Bike/Babe calendar.

Alicia ia a former Atlanta Falcon Cheerleader (1996-2000), and two-time runner-up in the Miss Georgia USA Pageant. She was also runner-up in the Resaca Beach Contest in 2000, so this was sweet for her!

The new title-holder is 5 feet 10 inches tall with brown hair and hazel eyes, and measurements of 36-26-36. She is also a graduate of Georgia State University.

First runner-up was Brittany Lee Cripliver of Smyrna, GA, who walked away with $500.00 cash, a trip to the Miss Red Hot Country contest in Nassau, and additional prizes. Brittany checks in at 5 feet 8 inches tall with blonde hair, brown eyes, and measurements of 36-25-34.

Brittany was also originally awarded $1,000 worth of web design services from Webdextrous Designs in Atlanta (Ian Anderson), but that prize was pulled on July 1 because the sponsor did not agree with the chosen recipient.  Thanks, Ian!

Brittany loves Harleys and is also Miss February on the current American Dream International Calendar.

Alicia and Brittany join 12 other calendar girls who will be photographed by Calhoun’s Harold Rose for the 2004 calendar. The 2003 calendar, featuring last year’s choices, was previewed at the event and will be available in September. Harold’s web site is www.photorose.com.

Babes weren’t the only attraction. Bikes of all description were on display both inside and outside the 40,000 square-foot exhibition hall high on a hill overlooking the city of Dalton. The Dexter Thomas Show Band provided great music to top things off.

The finalists, sponsors, and judges enjoyed a pre-contest poolside reception at the Zack Norville estate prior to the Saturday night contest.
